Opening Ceremony Parade. While there can only be one flag bearer for each country, we are encouraging EVERYBODY to join in the parade by marching behind the country of your heritages flag. The parade will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Northwoods Cinema 10, 300 Allan Avenue
