Orville "Bud" Baldus - Owatonna

He is the "expert" in Lapidary. Bud holds a class on Monday afternoons from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Senior Place for those wishing to learn about precious stones and turning them into works of art: necklaces, bracelets, rings, belt buckles, bow ties, etc.

Ferris Chladek - Owatonna

Mr. Chladek has many years of experience as a wood carver woodcarving. Ferris holds a class on Monday afternoons from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Senior Place for those wishing to learn various techniques in woodcarving. He plans a project and the group works together to learn how to do it.

Ten Thousand Villages - Mountain Lake

Ten Thousand Villages will showcase a variety of hand crafted imports such as: onyx, wood carvings, bamboo, baskets, instruments and ceramics.

Northwoods Sleigh Company - Aitkin

Charlotte and Ken Johnson are of Swedish and Norwegian decent. They have been selling handcrafted Scandinavian gift items for over 30 years. The make decorative sleighs, patterned after those used by immigrants and small tomtens (dolls).
