Children's Passport Program
Children of all ages will enjoy the Passport Program. This is a hands-on program where children will have an opportunity to do an activity or create a treasure that is representative of a country around the world. There are over 20 different passport stations in all for the children to participate in. The students will receive an actual CulturFest Passport (looks just like the real thing) – they can use this passport to make their way around the world in a single day. Some of the countries that have been represented in the past include: Germany, Israel, Brazil, Australia, Japan, Norway, Finland, Mexico, and many many more.

Prior to the festival we distribute over 10,000 passports to all pre-K, elementary and Junior High students throughout the region. If for some reason you didn't receive a passport, don't worry we will have more available the day of the festival – just visit the information booth.
The Passport program is partially underwritten by a number of colleges and universities in the region. We are VERY grateful to them for their wonderful support. The schools that helped to support the 2011 Passport Program include: Ashford University, Bemidji State University, Bethany Lutheran College, Concordia College, Crossroads College, Gustavus Adolphus College, Minnesota State University Mankato, Riverland Community College, St. Catherine University, St. Mary’s University of MN, Southwest State University, Waldorf College and Wartburg College. Without their support this program would not be possible.
