Sculpt-A-Culture Contest

This new event will give people the chance to show off their artistic talent while raising funds for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

At 8:30 a.m. on September 24, 2011 teams will select a country by random drawing. Teams then have 2 hours to sculpt a creation reflective of the country drawn. Attendees of the festival will vote for their favorite entry by putting coins/cash in the appropriate ballot box. Proceeds from the voting will go to the Community Thanksgiving Dinner. The winning entry will be announced prior to the Geography Bee.

All supplies will be provided for the sculpting. Teams may represent a business, a department within your place of employment, service organization, churches, clubs, families or maybe even just a group of friends.
